Organoleptic characteristics: Salmon with beautiful grain highlights, crystalline and bright. Nose clean and good! Fruity with hints of pomegranate, cherry, watermelon, which leads you to mentally identify it with spring and summer fruits. 

 

Mouth pleasant and easy to drink, on the border between white and red, just like a rosé wine should be! Enjoy the crispness of white and the full feeling of red.

 

Serving suggestions: Wine for all summer foods from large fish to wine octopus and from stuffed to moussaka. 

Enjoy at 8-12 degrees.
