· Organoleptic characteristics: Vibrant red color with purple highlights. Thick and intense aromas of strawberry, cherry and fresh forest fruits. Silky and persistent mouthfeel, balanced acidity and round tannins, with a long aftertaste. 

 

· Serving suggestions:Perfectly combined with grilled meat, pasta with red sauce, cheeses and spicy sausages.
